Device and service information needed to operate the app, such as app version, notification identifiers, diagnostics, and security logs.

If you choose text notifications, your mobile number, consent record, opt-in or opt-out status, and message-delivery information.

To schedule employees, record work time, manage permissions, dispatch delivery routes, provide navigation, verify deliveries, and show route progress to authorized staff.

To protect Crewbase, troubleshoot failures, maintain accurate business records, and comply with employment, safety, accounting, and legal obligations.

Crewbase does not sell employee information or use it for third-party advertising.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers and carriers that help Crewbase deliver and secure the messages you requested.

Crewbase text messages are optional operational notifications about new Crewbase messages, schedules and four-hour shift reminders, shift trades, time-off requests, and account activity. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can turn text notifications off in your Crewbase profile or reply STOP to any Crewbase text. Reply HELP for help. Turning off texts does not change your employment status and does not disable email or in-app information.

Precise location is used during an active driver route for turn-by-turn directions, arrival records, and dispatch progress. Crewbase stops its background route updates when you pause or finish the route.

Google Maps Platform processes map and navigation requests and may collect device, diagnostic, IP address, location, and navigation-interaction data under Google’s privacy terms.

Crewbase uses service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email, notifications, maps, and navigation. These providers process information to deliver their services to Crewbase.

Information is available only to workers and authorized managers who need it for their job, along with service providers and authorities when disclosure is required by law.

Crewbase retains records for as long as they are needed for employment, operations, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal requirements. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed.

Crewbase uses access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can control camera, location, and notification permissions in your phone settings. Some route and clock-in features cannot work without the permissions they require.

Contact Crewbase support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, subject to employment-record and legal retention requirements.
