Terms of Service

Crewbase is a workforce and distribution application owned and operated by BandWagon Ltd. Your organization may give you access to Crewbase for scheduling, timekeeping, shift trades, availability, time-off requests, workplace communication, and assigned delivery work.

Use Crewbase only for authorized work purposes. Keep your account, password, and kiosk PIN secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Crewbase helps organizations communicate operational information. If an in-app record conflicts with a direct instruction from an authorized manager or an official payroll record, contact your manager so the record can be reviewed.

Do not rely on Crewbase for emergency communications. For an urgent workplace or safety issue, contact your manager, emergency services, or the appropriate authority directly.

If you expressly opt in, Crewbase may send recurring automated operational text messages about new Crewbase messages, schedules and four-hour shift reminders, shift trades, time-off requests, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of employment or use of Crewbase. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help, or change the setting in your Crewbase profile. Email and in-app information may still be provided after you opt out of texts.

Do not misuse Crewbase, attempt to access another person’s account or records, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use workplace information for an unauthorized purpose.

Access may be suspended or removed when required for security, legal compliance, employment changes, or violation of these terms.

Crewbase may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or another reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Crewbase is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
